Resolved Question: WHat do i have to do to file a Harassment charge?

What do i have to do in Mobile, Alabama to file a harassment charge on my ex and his new girlfriend? Here's the story. I found I was pregnant back in April with his baby. Well of course he didn't want anything to do with me or the child, so we split ways. No hard feelings. Well, here recently, I have been getting calls and texts from him saying how I'm not worth anything and him cursing me. I saved all the texts. Now, his girlfriend is texting/calling threatening me to watch my back. How can I go about this Harassment charge? Thanks.
