Resolved Question: Mobile Alabama renting, help?

My husband and I are hoping to move to Mobile, AL area soon. We are looking for something to rent under $600 a month. I found Lake Forest Apartments and they seem really nice from the photos, but I would like to know if they get flooded because they are close to the water? And are they truly nice?
