Open Question: how much would it cost to get married in Mobile Alabama at courthouse?

All necessary costs including cost for license and court fee. We are of age and meet all of the requirements. We are actually Common Law married(which holds up in the State of Alabama). Does anyone know if the court(to get full custody) would accept that without getting married at the Courthouse? We also meet all the requirements for a common Law marriage. Thanks so much!
